Short Bio

Mrs Céline Lavergnat is Lecturer Practical Arts at the EHL. She has more than 2 years of experience in hotel management, reception & housekeeping. Moreover, she was head of bars and F&B administrator for Paléo Festival Nyon, in charge of 42 bars, purchasing & negociating for 6 years.


During her time working for Paléo Festival, she had the opportunity to work on event organization, seminars, press conferences. She worked then 5 years as restaurant owner/manager in Geneva, thus reinforcing her knowledge and comptences in entrepreneurship. She started at EHL as F&B assistant, serving at the Finger Food and other outlets of the Lausanne Campus. She was then promoted to Stewarding Assistant Manager before becoming Lecturer in Practical Arts, in February 2019.
