The Lausanne Hospitality Research Center at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne was established in 2014, in partnership with STR Global. Our mission is to be the pre-eminent source of international hospitality research and a leading distributor of that knowledge.
We provide an online platform featuring the research-based hospitality knowledge generated by LHRC fellows and EHL students, and we make this knowledge freely available to hospitality industry managers and leaders, LHRC industry sponsors, and EHL’s students, faculty and other stakeholders.
The Berceau des Sens, our gastronomic training restaurant is rated 14/20 by the Gault Millau guide and open to the public from Monday to Friday.
The restaurant features Head chef Dominique Toulousy, pastry chef Audrey Gellet, winner of the TV show "Qui sera le prochain grand pâtissier" (Who will be the next top pastry chef) and other leading professionals who are passionate about fine dining.
