  3. The Lausanne Hospitality Research Center (LHRC) at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) was established in 2014. Our mission is to be an eminent source of international hospitality research and a leading distributor of that knowledge.

    We provide an online platform which features the research-based hospitality knowledge generated by LHRC fellows and EHL students and makes this knowledge freely available to hospitality industry managers and leaders, LHRC industry sponsors and EHL’s students, faculty and other stakeholders.

  4. Our gastronomic training restaurant, which is rated 15/20 in the Gault Millau guide, is open to the public from Monday to Friday.

    In the kitchens: Christophe Pacheco "Best Craftsman of France" (M.O.F.) in 2011, Michelin-starred Chef in 2004, Audrey Gellet, winner of the TV cookery show "Qui sera le Grand Patissier de Demain", and other top professionals who are passionate about gastronomy.
