Feel Professional From Day One

Our Bachelor of Science prepares you for the real world. Whether it is through the AP practical semester, two internships, a student business project, or other extracurricular activities, half of the program is taught outside of the classroom. Business attire is a part of normal daily life, and you will regularly apply your skills in real industry settings through the preparatory year and internships.

Preparatory Semester (Semester AP 1)

The first semester is designed to immerse you in hospitality roles – from workshops and trainings both within the classroom and beyond, you’ll become attuned to excellence in customer service as you gain hands-on knowledge of how to operate a hotel and restaurant.

The Preparatory Year (AP) also begins to nurture your professional skills – such as teamwork, communication, time management, agility, and self-discipline – preparing you for your internship and providing a foundation for your business studies.

If your idea is selected, you get to develop the business with the support and guidance of faculty mentors.
