Marc-Henri Mialon is a distinguished professional in the hospitality and sommelier industry. He currently serves as a Lecturer at EHL Lausanne in Switzerland since September 2022, managing the wine cellar of the gastronomic restaurant and educating students in his field of expertise. Marc-Henri also contributes to the industry as President of the Union de la Sommellerie Française.

His professional journey includes notable roles such as Chef Sommelier and Assistant Director at Le Hameau Albert 1er, a prestigious five-star hotel in Chamonix. Here, he oversees a large wine cellar, curates new offers, and integrates eco-friendly practices. His earlier experiences span various high-profile establishments in France, Switzerland, and the USA, showcasing his extensive knowledge and skills in wine and hospitality management.
