Take part in a series of workshops that offer an exciting blend of theory, practice and fun!

Here are some of the activities on offer:

  • Explore the latest trends in the hospitality sector,
  • Become a chef for a day,
  • Learn what 'service excellence' and 'kitchen management' mean,
  • Find out what leadership is,
  • Improve your teamwork skills by taking part in a group exercise based on a real-life hospitality case study.

Various outings are also scheduled such as a visit to a five-star hotel and to a local vineyard in the Lausanne area.

The program is available in English or in French.
There are a maximum of 30 participants per group.
