Who Should Join?

This course is designed for teenagers aged 16 to 19 who are curious about future business and career opportunities in hospitality, tourism, luxury brands, events, entertainment, culinary arts, and the broader service industries.

Age: 16 to 19

Language Skills: Candidates must speak English at a minimum B2 level (upper-intermediate level) for English Sessions.

The Junior Academy program gives you an introduction to EHL’s Bachelor degree program with practical tips and coaching by the Admission team.

Junior Academy participants are exempted from the Bachelor’s degree application fee when applying.

Join for 1, 2 or 3 weeks!

In summer, we offer participants the possibility to combine courses over several weeks on different EHL campuses. The choice of format can be selected at the time of registration.

One Week Option: Singapore

When do the Junior Academy weeks start and end?

The onsite programs last 7 days :*

Check-in: on Sundays in the early afternoon
Check-out: on Saturdays in the morning

The online programs last 5 days :

Morning Session : 09:00 to 12:00 (CET)
Afternoon Session : 16:00 to 19:00 (CET)

*We are flexible and can organize your check-in/check-out earlier or later according to your arrival in case you don't have any other flight options.

What is included in the fees of the onsite sessions?

Where will be the accommodation during the programs?

Lausanne & Passugg : the participants will stay in EHL residences on campus.

Singapore : Stay in a partner hotel close to the campus. Transport organised.

Single or double rooms according to availability.
We can unfortunately not accommodate participants overnight before and after the program in Lausanne & Passugg as
the campus is closed during the weekend and no F&B outlets will be open.

Please ask us for hotel recommendations in the area.

What will be the professional attire required?

At EHL, each student as to wear professional attire. During Junior Academy weeks Business Casual will be required :

Waist down – business formal, i.e. dress pants or skirt,
Waist up – short or long sleeve blouse/shirt
Jacket optional, and no tie
Closed formal shoes

A detailed packing list and our dress code guidelines will be sent to you prior to the start of the program

Are students welcomed at the airport?

Whether Junior Academy participants arrive by plane, by train or by car, they will be welcomed and oriented by a member of our Team until the end of the check-in time.

In case a participant has to arrive later, please contact us if personal assistance is needed.

Are the participants supervised?

During the week, the participants are always accompanied by EHL staff and/or EHL student assistants.
The EHL student assistants stay on campus during the week/night to interact with participants, answer their
questions, guide them. They ensure the participants well-being and that they learn while having fun!
Security is present 24h/7 on campus.
