This one-week summer camp experience was one of the best moments of my life. As a student, I had the opportunity to learn new things about hospitality that I had yet to think about before through some sessions and assignments. Some might think they want to avoid tasks and staff to do in their summer camp, but even the team assignments were so fun, and we had the opportunity to think as hotel management staff. The best thing about the summer camp was the incredible food cooked and served by students and the connections we have made worldwide.

I attended the EHL Junior Academy last June and enjoyed every single class, and it has been an eye opener that strengthened my motivation to study a career in hospitality management. One thing that really caught my attention was how entertained I was and how all the aspects of being an EHL student really inspired me to this day. I am grateful for having met all these people from around the world with different backgrounds; this motivated me to come back next year and hopefully participate in the culinary junior program to continue to gain experience. The EHL is most definitely the nicest college I have seen. Lausanne is a beautiful city, and I really look forward to being an EHL student one day.
