Short Bio

Dr Alexandra Kis is Lecturer at the EHL. She is an economist working on gender inequalities, female labour supply and the effect of childcare services on work-life balance. She loves teaching and tries to develop the intuition necessary for handling abstract concepts and understanding the mechanisms linking causes to their effects.

She adds many applications in her teaching as it plays a major role to helps students understand concepts. She favours common sense and reflection for problem solving.
