Who Should Join?

This course is designed for teenagers aged 16 to 18 who are curious about future business and career opportunities in hospitality, tourism, luxury brands, events, entertainment, culinary arts, and the broader service industries.

  • Age: 16 to 18
  • Language Skills: Candidates must speak English at a minimum B2 level (upper-intermediate level) for English Sessions.

The Junior Academy program gives you an introduction to EHL’s Bachelor degree program with practical tips and coaching by the Admission team.

Junior Academy participants are exempted from the Bachelor’s degree application fee when applying.

In summer, we offer participants the possibility to combine courses over several weeks on different EHL campuses.  The choice of format can be selected at the time of registration.


One-week option: Singapore

  • Sunday, 19 July to Saturday, 25 July 2026

Two-week option: Lausanne & Singapore

Frequently Asked Questions

Each program lasts a total of 7 days. You can combine multiple sessions for a more immersive experience (2 week packages).

  • Check-in: on Sundays in the early afternoon*
  • Check-out: on Saturdays in the morning*

*We are flexible and can organize your check-in/check-out earlier or later according to your arrival in case you don't have any other flight options. However, we are not able to accommodate you overnight before or after the program.

Included:

  • Enrolment fees
  • Use of facilities, tuition and material
  • Accommodation with full board
  • Visits and evening activities
  • Transportation to and from visits
  • A scheduled shuttle from the airport
  • 2-week package: shuttle from and to Passugg, or the airport

Not included:

  • Transportation to Switzerland and Singapore
  • Pocket money for gifts and personal expenses
  • Extras on campus (EHL boutique items, laundry detergent)
  • 2-week package: Airfare to Singapore

Accommodation is provided for all programs and is mandatory for all participants.

  • Lausanne Campus: students will stay in EHL residences on campus.
  • Passugg Campus: students will stay in EHL residences on campus.
  • Singapore: students will stay in a partner hotel close to the campus. Transportation to and from campus is organized and included in the price.

Do not hesitate to contact us for hotel recommendations in the area should you wish to arrive earlier and/or stay after the program duration.

During the Junior Academy, the EHL “Business Casual” summer attire will be applied.

  • Waist down – business formal, i.e., chinos or knee-length skirt
  • Waist up – short or long sleeve blouse/shirt
  • Blazers and ties are optional
  • Closed formal shoes (derbies, richelieu, clean sneakers i.e., plain AirForce)

The dress code is mandatory on campus from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. and during industry visits.

A detailed packing list and our dress code guidelines will be shared prior to the start of the program

Yes, an airport shuttle is organized for all three campuses.

Please see below the closest airport depending on the campus you will be attending:

  • Lausanne Campus – Geneva Airport
  • Passugg Campus – Zürich Airport
  • Singapore – Singapore Changi Airport

The exact time of the shuttle will be communicated to the participants closer to the date. Whenever possible, please book flights arriving on the morning of the check-in date (before noon).

Every participant is responsible for applying for a visa if needed.

The EHL Junior Academy team can provide a letter of invitation for visa applications once the student has settled all the fees and completed all forms. Should the student be denied his/her visa, we will provide a full reimbursement of the fees.

The recommended time for applying for a visa is 3 months in advance.

In case you are unable to attend the program, please inform us as soon as possible.

The cancellation policy is explained in the fee details document.

  • During the week, the participants are always accompanied by EHL staff and/or EHL student assistants.
  • The EHL student assistants stay on campus during the week/night to interact with participants, answer their questions, and guide them. They ensure the participants’ well-being and that they learn while having fun!
  • Security is present 24h/7 on campus and in partner hotels.
