Julien Simon

Mr Julien Simon is Lecturer in Practical Arts at the EHL since 2013. He has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry in Europe (France, England, and Switzerland). Julien has worked within various hotel companies (Méridien, Sofitel, Novotel & Ibis), in a wide range of structures up to 1025 rooms. He held different positions in the Rooms Division Department including Receptionist, Night Auditor, Assistant Front Office Manager, Front Office Manager, leading to managing a hotel department as Rooms Division Manager.

Julien is teaching Rooms Division courses in the Preparatory Year of the Bachelor’s degree program at EHL. Passionate about hospitality, he is dedicated to sharing his experience, real-life examples, and knowledge of the industry to future hoteliers.
