Short Bio
Nicolas Sarver has been a lecturer in Practical Arts at EHL since 2020. He has over 20 years' experience in the hotel industry in Europe (France and Switzerland), the Caribbean (Saint-Barthélémy) and the Middle East (Bahrain). He has worked for various hotel chains (Novotel, Courtyard by Marriott, InterContinental, Radisson Blu), in structures ranging from 27 rooms to 350 rooms.
Nicolas has held various positions in the accommodation department, such as Receptionist, Night Manager, Duty Managert, Assistant Front Desk Manager, Front Desk Manager, culminating in the management of a department as Accommodation Manager.
Nicolas teaches hospitality and sustainability courses as part of the preparatory year for the Bachelor's program at EHL. Passionate about the hotel business, he shares his experience and passion for the sector with future hoteliers. Sensitive to innovation and sustainability, he discovers with students how to become drivers of change and how to continue to move the industry towards a more responsible model.
