Biography
Marjorie Pittet is a senior hospitality and operations leader with over 15 years of international experience in luxury hotel management, brand operations and guest experience excellence.
Formerly Global Director of Operations Support at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, she has successfully driven hotels performance, enhanced guest satisfaction and led operational transformation across diverse markets. Her expertise spans leading high-performing teams, overseeing hotel openings and transitions and implementing operational & service excellence programs. She also brings strong experience in sustainability initiatives and cross-cultural leadership.
Today, Marjorie combines her industry expertise with her passion for teaching and consulting, helping organizations elevate customer experience and operational performance.
