Natalia Bovsovers-Carette looks back at almost 20 years in hospitality, including 14 years of career path with Kempinski Hotels: after gaining operational experience through managing Food and Beverage and Rooms departments in Saint-Peterburg in Russia, moved on to holding key managerial positions (Hotel/General Manager) at various types of properties in Asia, Middle East, and Europe.
Since 2019 - Director and co-founder of the 8Solutions SA that provides management support to hotel owners in Switzerland.
Since 2021 – Lecturer at the EHL, teaching BOSC, MiHM and CREM programs, Course Representative for Food and Beverage Cost Control Control (BOSC).
