Short Bio

Mr Pascal Bordes had the honor of working in prestigious restaurants alongside several internationally well-known chefs such as Joël Robuchon (3* Michelin), Bernard Pacaud (L’Ambroisie 3* Michelin), Philippe Braun (Le Laurent 2* Michelin) and Benoît Guichard (Jamin 2* Michelin).

Furthermore, he sharpened his skills within the following luxury hotels’ F&B service: Le Bristol, Paris, Le Lana, Courcheval. In May 2012, after 15 years of training, he had the opportunity to join the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne and its restaurant the “Berceau des Sens” with the unique objective of transmitting his experience to students within the school.

This challenge required him to combine his pedagogical skills with professional excellence and has marked the start of a new experience that is undoubtedly full of discoveries and new adventures.
