Mr Samuel Boissy works in the industry since 2000. He spend a part of his career in luxurious ski resort hotels. Then he worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. Before coming to the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, he has been working for a famous winemaker in the Rhône valley. He joined the EHL family in 2012 as Chef sommelier of the Berceau des Sens.
