Biographie

Dr. Demian Hodari ist außerordentlicher Professor für Strategisches Management an der EHL. Zuvor war er Hoteldirektor und Präsident eines unabhängigen Hotelmanagement- und Beratungsunternehmens und hat auf vier Kontinenten gearbeitet. Zusätzlich zu seiner Lehrtätigkeit auf Bachelor- und Master-Ebene bietet Dr. Hodari häufig Beratung, Weiterbildung und strategische Planung für internationale Hotelunternehmen, Hoteleigentümer und einzelne Immobilien an.


Derzeit ist er Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats mehrerer Hotelgesellschaften. Dr. Hodari hält regelmäßig Vorträge bei Branchenveranstaltungen und seine Forschungsergebnisse werden in den führenden Fachzeitschriften für Hospitality Management veröffentlicht. Er hat fast 200.000 Schweizer Franken an Forschungsgeldern aus dem privaten und öffentlichen Sektor aufgetrieben. Seine Forschung wurde von zahlreichen Organisationen mit renommierten Preisen ausgezeichnet. Dr.Hodari promovierte an der University of Surrey und erwarb einen Master an der Cornell University sowie einen B.A. an der Georgetown University.
