Bachelor's program - Year 3
Integration and final degree project
The goal: To bring together all of the skills, knowledge and experience acquired since your preparatory year.
Your last year in the bachelor's program in international hospitality management is split into two periods.
During the first semester, you will have a broad range of hands-on learning opportunities. You will study strategic management and participate in practical case studies, working closely with industry experts who will provide you with valuable advice.
In the second semester, you will choose from several available six-week elective courses in the areas that interest you most. You will then complete the program with a 9-week final degree project.
Final degree project
For your final project, you can choose one of these two options:
- Student-business project
You will join a team of five students in providing a consulting service to an external client. The tasks assigned by such clients are extremely varied, ranging from market studies to process audits to the creation of new catering concepts. To date, over 70 percent of students have seen their proposals put into action by their clients.
- Individual applied research project
Your task will be to find a solution to an industry-specific problem using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. You will be supervised by an experienced faculty member, who will provide you with the methods needed to successfully complete your project.
