Biographie

Dr. Stefano Borzillo ist außerordentlicher Professor für Organisationsverhalten an der EHL. Er promovierte an der Universität Genf in Organisationsverhalten und war Gastwissenschaftler an der Stern School of Business (New York University). Seine Hauptforschungsgebiete sind Communities of Practice, Prozesse der Wissensschaffung und Best-Practice-Transfer in Organisationen.


Dr. Stefano Borzillo hat zudem in Peer-Review-Zeitschriften wie dem European Management Journal, dem Journal of Business Strategy, Management Learning, Knowledge Management Research & Practice und dem Journal of Knowledge Management veröffentlicht. Er verfügt über vielfältige Erfahrungen in Executive Education und in der Beratung von KMUs sowie großen Organisationen.
