Kurz-Bio

Laura hat mehr als 20 Jahre internationale Lehrerfahrung und ist seit 2002 Fakultätsmitglied an der EHL. Als Assistenzprofessorin unterrichtet sie Unternehmenskommunikation, wissenschaftliches Schreiben und Krisen-/Strategiekommunikation für Studenten und Doktoranden und betreut zudem Business-Projekte und Bachelor-Abschlussarbeiten von Studenten. Im Jahr 2017 hat Dr. Zizka begonnen, ähnliche Kurse online im Blended MBA (EHL) zu unterrichten. Ihre Unterrichtsphilosophie beruht auf lebenslangem Lernen, der Anwendung übertragbarer sozialer Kompetenzen und positivem sozialen Wandel.

Dr.  Zizka ist zudem Mitglied des Academic Board und pädagogischer Coach für Kollegen. Sie leitet Seminare und Workshops mit Studenten und Mitarbeitern, wie z. B. „Writing Digital Scripts”, „Happiness 24/7”, „APA Referencing”, „Writing on a Graduate Level” und „Writing Literature Reviews”. Dr. Zizka ist Mitglied des Swiss Faculty Development Network (SFDN), der British Academy of Management (BAM) und der Academy of Management (AOM). Sie hat ihre Arbeiten auf internationalen Konferenzen vorgestellt und ist als Gutachterin für mehrere renommierte wissenschaftliche Zeitschriften tätig
