Week 1 - Language immersion & cultural exploration

Morning (4 hours)

Introduction to Duolingo examination and requirements
Intensive English language classes: grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Afternoon (2-3 hours)

Intensive writing exercises
Small group discussions and debates

Evening

A wide range of activities to relax, have fun, practice your English, and connect with your pals!
Escape game in English
Cultural activities: Lausanne city tour, theatre (English comedy), cinema
Fun activities at Montreux Jazz Café
Cooking workshops in English

Week 2 - Academic English & study skills

Morning (4 hours)

Academic English classes: academic vocabulary, reading comprehension, listening skills, and note-taking strategies.
Practice essay writing and research skills: assignation of academic tasks related to students' chosen fields of study.
Intensive preparation to Duolingo exam: mock exams

Afternoon (2-3 hours)

Study skills workshops: learn effective study techniques, time management, and exam preparation strategies.
Public speaking workshops: enhance your public speaking skills through presentations, debates, and speeches.
Guest speaker sessions, hospitality insights
