Short Bio

After a decennial experience in three Michelin star restaurants across Europe, such as Alain Senderens and Gualtiero Marchesi, Michel Magada opened his restaurant in France that he held for 7 years. Passionate by the transmission of knowledge and the teaching, he started to teach in Alma in Italy in 2006. He joined EHL in October 2018.
