Short Bio

Mrs Priska Cédileau is a Senior Lecturer Practical Arts teaching operational Service Management at the EHL Bistro. She also teaches courses on Lobby and Lounge Bar to students in the Preparatory Year. Priska has a passion for gastronomy, bistronomy and oenology. She was one of the finalists in the competition for the Trophée Ruinart, which is awarded to the best Swiss wine waiter.


She was also first in her class when she obtained her Federal Maîtrise. Priska obtained a Higher Diploma in Wines and Spirits as well as a wine-merchant’s licence from the Engineering School in Wädenswil. Following ten years of experience as a commis, chef de rang, maître d’hôtel and sommelier in various restaurants in Switzerland and France, she joined EHL in 1993.
