Short Bio

Mrs Elizabeth Delbreil is a Senior Lecturer specializing in professional training and technology, she delivers courses related to her expertise and conducts research at EHL. Since 1991, she worked in various companies around Europe (Switzerland, France, Italy, Poland, Germany) as a technical writer and training specialist.


She dedicated her career to hospitality higher education in 2007 and joined EHL in August 2013. Elizabeth's current and recent consulting projects focus on competition watch and strategic alignment. She is an Associate Partner in Endeavour Development Switzerland since 2006. Her research paper “Wireless sensor technology in dementia care: Caregiver perceptions, technology take-up and business model innovation” was chosen as a Highly Commended Paper winner in 2014.
