Biographie

Dr Inès Blal est professeur associée de gestion stratégique à l'EHL, spécialisée dans l'entrepreneuriat à impact social et les petits hôtels. Elle a également fondé et codirige l'Institut de R&D en nutrition de l'EHL.


Avant de quitter ses fonctions en 2024 pour se consacrer à ses passions académiques, Inès a occupé pendant six ans un poste de direction à l'EHL. Elle a été doyenne de l'Undergraduate School, doyenne exécutive, directrice générale des unités académiques et membre de l'Executive Leadership Team. Elle a dirigé la stratégie académique de l'institution en mettant l'accent sur la gestion de la qualité, a dirigé les opérations académiques pendant la crise COVID et la mise en œuvre d'une structure multi-campus.


Ines est titulaire d'un doctorat en gestion stratégique de l'hôtellerie de l'école polytechnique de Virginie. Ses travaux de recherche et de conseil portent sur les concepts d'hospitalité socialement et économiquement durables.
