Biographie

Cédric Poretti, PhD CFA, est Professeur Associé en comptabilité à l'EHL, où il fait partie du conseil académique. Il a développé des cours et enseigne la comptabiliété financière et de gestion, ainsi que l'analyse des états financiers. Avant de rejoindre l'EHL, Dr Poretti a travaillé dans l'industrie financière (trading FX et gestion d'actifs).


Ses principaux domaines de recherche sont l'audit, la gouvernance d'entreprise, le reporting financier, et l'évaluation d'entreprise. Dr Poretti a publié plusieurs articles dans des journaux scientifiques, et participe régulièrement à des conférences internationales. Depuis 2017, Dr Poretti fait également partie du conseil d'administration de l'AAIG, une association se focalisant sur la recherche en gouvernance..
