Biographie

Bertrand Audrin est professeur assistant en gestion des ressources humaines et comportement organisationnel à l'EHL Hospitality Business School. Ses recherches portent sur la transformation digitale et son impact sur les organisations, la gestion des ressources humaines et les relations de travail. Ses projets actuels abordent des questions sur les compétences numériques et l'intelligence émotionnelle, les nouveaux modes de travail et l'IA pour le recrutement.
