Biographie

Le Dr Bertrand Audrin est maître de conférences en gestion des ressources humaines et comportement organisationnel à l'EHL Business School. Ses recherches portent sur la transformation numérique et son impact sur les organisations, la gestion des ressources humaines et les relations de travail. Ses projets actuels abordent les questions de compétences numériques et d'intelligence émotionnelle, les nouvelles méthodes de travail et l'IA dans les organisations.
