Great Place to Work ® Certification

Since October 2020, EHL has joined an elite group of employers who have achieved the “Great Place to Work” certification. The “Great Place to Work” organization has developed an evidence-based methodology that explains how trust, values, leadership qualities and maximizing the potential of all employees increases the innovation and value creation of organizations. Great Place to Work® certifies companies based on this methodology.

2021 Best Workplaces™ in Switzerland

In June 2021, EHL was voted "Best Workplaces™ 2021" in Switzerland in a virtual ceremony hosted by Great Place to Work. Out of nearly 150 organizations, 45 were recognized with an award. EHL ranked 14th in the "250 employees and more" category, placing us alongside companies known for their exceptional work environment such as Cisco, SAP or LGT Private Banking.

The evaluation for the "Best Workplaces™ Switzerland" award is based on an anonymous employee survey and analysis of organizational processes. Thus, key elements capturing the company culture, such as trust, pride, fairness, camaraderie, career development, salary, health care, work-life balance and leadership quality, are studied. All companies were independently audited, ensuring the quality and attractiveness of their corporate culture
