Mr Romain Pellet
Romain Pellet is a Lecturer Practical Arts specializing in delicatessen-style foods and overseeing the food boutique workshop at EHL. He began his career in Valence, France, in 2001 in a small delicatessen shop preparing and selling meats and catering for events. He obtained a professional diploma by alternating locations between Annecy and Paris from 2003 to 2005. After that, he returned to his original employer in France and practiced his art and passion, entering many professional competitions. He joined EHL in 2013, taking charge of the food storage and production for the various food and beverage outlets on campus. He won the prestigious culinary professional's award for Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) in 2015, in the category of "charcuterie traiteur" (preparation of delicatessen style meats and dishes) and entered his role as a teacher and manager of the food shop at EHL in 2015.
