Yann Greutert is a Lecturer Practical Arts teaching food and beverage preparation and service courses at EHL. He joined EHL in 2011 as a cook working in various food court stations and he participated in several internal projects, such as the implementation of a new restaurant concept, the opening of new F&B outlets, and the Fête Finale of 2012 and 2016. While working at EHL, he took professional courses and obtained a Federal Diploma of "Chef Cuisinier" in Switzerland in 2015.Yann began his career as an apprentice in the kitchen of an institution for people with developmental disabilities in Lausanne, Switzerland. He then worked in the Swiss Army as a head cook. Subsequently, he worked in different prestigious hotels and institutions of the Swiss Riveriera and the Canton of Vaud, including the Hotel du Lac in Vevey, Beaulieu Restoration in Lausanne, Lake Gourmet in Lausanne, and the NovaVita in Montreux.
