Dr Sowon Kim Crettex
Sowon Kim, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Management at EHL. Her research interests include personality traits, career strategies, managing work-family life, women in leadership, and the internationalization process of Swiss SMEs in emerging markets and her research has been published in diverse outlets such as Personality and Individual Differences, International Business Research, and Career Development International. Sowon teaches Organizational Behavior and Intercultural Management across different programs including BOSC, EMBA, and MBA in Hospitality (digital course). Of Korean nationality, Sowon is quadrilingual and is married to a Swiss (Valaisan) man and they have two young children.
