Dr Stefano Borzillo

Dr Stefano Borzillo est Professeur Associé en Comportements Organisationnels et Associate Dean of Undergraduate Program de l'École Hôtelière de Lausanne. Il a obtenu son doctorat en Comportements Organisationnels à l'Université de Genève et a exercé la fonction de chargé de recherche invité à la Stern School of Business (Université de New York). Ses travaux de recherche portent principalement sur les communautés de pratique, les processus de production de connaissances et les transferts de bonnes pratiques au sein des organisations. Dr Stefano Borzillo a également publié des articles dans des revues évaluées par des pairs, telles que European Management Journal, Journal of Business Strategy, Management Learning, Knowledge Management Research & Practice et Journal of Knowledge Management. Par ailleurs, il a cumulé diverses expériences en formation de cadres et en conseil auprès de PME et de grandes entreprises.
