Designed for hospitality professionals, our online courses are designed to build and strengthen management skills to perform in today’s hospitality industry.

Composed of 16 courses, divided into four core subjects, each course is delivered online allowing you to work and study at the same time.

The EHL Online Certificate programs are 5-week programs designed for hospitality professionals looking to gain new skills and knowledge in key hospitality subjects.

Advanced Certificates are 15-week programs composed of three online certificates (3 x weeks) part of the same subject. For instance, Driving Hotel Revenues is composed of three individual certificates: Distribution Strategy, Revenue Management and Digital Marketing.

When successfully completing all three certificates, an additional Advanced Certificate is delivered. 

There are no admissions requirements to enroll in our online programs. To enroll, chose a program and an intake on our website. You will then be required to fill in your personal details and select a method of payment (credit card, bank transfer or PayPal). Enrollment will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

At the end of each 5-week program, you will be required to take a final assessment. Depending on the program, the assessment may range from multiple choice quizzes (MCQ), where only one answer is correct, to more open response evaluations, like a case study.

To successfully obtain the certificate, you must get a minimum of 60% of the total points available. You can either PASS or FAIL a certificate, no numerical grades will be officially reflected in the certificate.

Feedback will be provided in relation to your performance in the final assessment in order to enable you to think critically about your work and to reflect on possible improvements. The feedback is provided via EHL Digital Platform directly.

Retakes are not available at the end of a program if you fail the final assessment. If you wish to retake the final assessment, you need to re-enroll for the next available session.

Each Individual Certificate (5-week program) is CHF 2,200.
Each Advanced Certificate (15-week program) is CHF 5,940.
Advanced Certificates are composed of 3 individual certificates and include a 10% discount (CHF 5,940 instead of CHF 6,600).
Our pricing models is based on volume. Advanced Certificates are composed of three certificates and include a 10% rebate.

Yes, the program content delivered in the online certificates leverages the content of EHL's MBA in Hospitality programs.

Not directly. Participants who successfully pass one or more Advanced Certificates, and who wish to join the MBA program, will get a discount on the MBA tuition and fee (CHF 5,200 per Advanced Certificate enrolled to). In order to join the MBA program, participants must go through an application process. Participants will have to retake all modules in order to obtain the credits towards the MBA degree.

The EHL Digital Learning Platform is based on the same platform as, a MOOC platform developed by MIT and Harvard.
