Mr Frank Schuetzendorf

Frank Schuetzendorf is a Senior Lecturer specializing in luxury hospitality operations and food and beverage management. He built his international hospitality career over 23 years as a food and beverage professional within the top luxury hotel market. He worked for some of the finest hotel and food and beverage operations across the globe, including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and the Dorchester Collection. During his career, Frank was able to extract the key qualities of each company, be it from human resources, operations, innovation or a financial profitability point of view. During his professional experiences in North America, Europe and Asia, he acquired a talent for merging into different cultures and adapting to new environments, which serves him well as a teacher in an international environment. He transmits the art of being guest focused and solutions driven to students, and he develops their sense for detail, perfection, excellence and engaging guest satisfaction.
