Pascal Bordes is a Practical Arts Lecturer teaching food and beverage service courses, he oversees student’s practical training in the Berceau des Senses, EHL’s Gault Millau-rated gastronomical restaurant. Throughout his career, Pascal worked in prestigious restaurants alongside several internationally well-known chefs such as Joël Robuchon (3* Michelin), Bernard Pacaud (L’Ambroisie 3* Michelin), Philippe Braun (Le Laurent 2* Michelin) and Benoît Guichard (Jamin 2* Michelin). Furthermore, he sharpened his skills within the following luxury hotels’ F&B service: Le Bristol, Paris, Le Lana, Courcheval. With 15 years of professional experience in the industry, he took the opportunity to join EHL in 2012 with the unique objective of transmitting his expertise to students. He applies his teaching skills to instill standards of professional excellence and guides students in a learning experience that is full of discoveries and adventures.
