Short Bio

Mr Arnaud Lemaire is a Senior Lecturer Practical Arts at the EHL. Arnaud is a professional of the hospitality industry and graduated from Lycée Hôtelier Alexandre Dumas (Strasbourg, France) and EHL in 2003. He has been working in various hotels and restaurants in the Vaud region such as Beau-Rivage Palace, Lausanne Palace, or Le Mirador Resort and Spa. He held different positions in the F&B industry, from Stewarding to room service and in-room dining with various management position such as Assistant F&B manager in high standing hotels.

In 2012, looking for new challenges, Arnaud integrated EHL as Stewarding Manager and have been promoted as Lecturer in 2013, then Senior Lecturer - Practical Arts in 2018. Being involved in education at EHL is the best balance to combine his passion - F&B environment - and his will to contribute to the future managers’ education in this domaine. His tomorrow challenges will be linked with sustainability in the hospitality and will be actively integrated in our students' education.
