Terms and conditions:
The package payment is due immediately upon registration.
In case of cancellation, the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne will refund you as follows:
- 100% refund for cancellations received at least 45 days before the event
- 50% refund for cancellations received at least 21 days before the event
- 20% refund for cancellations received at least 7 days before the event
- No refund for cancellations received less than 7 days before the event
