We are proud to announce that our gastronomic restaurant, Berceau des Sens, has been awarded 16 out of 20 points from the Gault & Millau Switzerland, a two point increase from the last edition.
According to Gault & Millau, the prestige of EHL meets the table at BDS. The kitchen lead by Chef Cédric Bourrassin, together with his team of professionals brings excellence to the table with the magic of French cuisine.
Under the direction of André Wawrzyniak, the service is provided by elegant and enthusiastic students, while on the wine side, the passionate young sommelier, Davide Dargenio, inspires students to taste the unusual and relevant chords that will make every meal a success.
The Berceau des Sens is a pedagogical restaurant, where students work under the careful supervision of Lecturers and Staff, whose main objective is to transmit their knowledge and experience, along with the values of quality and excellence.
