Lorenzo Stoll, born in 1971, joined Swiss in October 2013. An alumnus of the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, he started his career in the tourism and leisure industry at the Montreux-Vevey Tourism Office. Mr. Stoll comes to Swiss after a 12-year stint with Nestlé, where he held various executive functions with a strong focus on customer relations and marketing. In 2007, he was in charge of global commercial development at Nestlé Waters, and two years later he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer of Nestlé Waters Switzerland. As SWISS’ Head of Western Switzerland, he is in charge of all aspects of SWISS’ business unit in Geneva.

With over 30 years’ experience, Eugenio is a well-rounded professional with an exceptional background in people leadership, organisational development, education, development and operations within diverse cultures. He thoughtfully challenges the status quo, disrupting traditional ways of thinking and building long-term sustainable HR initiatives. He and his team have been awarded several accolades including the Distinction in Talent Management by the HR Distinction Awards and the award for Excellence in Employee Engagement from HR in Hospitality. Eugenio has been recognized as HR Director of the Year by HR Magazine for each of the past five years.
