Sowon Kim Crettex, titulaire d'un doctorat, est Professeur assistante en comportement organisationnel à l'Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. Les recherches de Sowon sont axées sur l’enrichissement travail-famille, l’équilibre travail-famille, l’interface travail-famille, les couples à deux carrières, le réseautage, les carrières et les femmes dans le management. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans plusieurs revues, notamment Career Development International, Harvard Deusto Business Review et Revista Española de Pedagogia. Sowon a remporté le prix Highly Commended Award du Literati Network Awards for Excellence en 2013, et le Best Applied Paper of the Career Division de l'Academy of Management Conference en 2012.
