Meet our team

Ikerne Azpilicueta

  • Admissions Officer

What I love about my work is being able to help and follow students from the time they first enquire about studying at EHL and their arrival at school, a bit nervous and stressed out, through to their graduation when they’re radiant with confidence, success and happiness! It’s always a very emotional moment. Being an admissions officer also gives me the chance to discover other cultures and educational systems and learn something new every day.

Wei Cheng Chen

Recruitment Manager

I'm on the road for 3-4 months each year, meeting students and also spending a lot of time with our alumni: I enjoy learning from them about new trends in the hospitality industry and keeping them up to date with EHL.

In this way, I work on establishing local “knowledge networks” overseas that students can turn to for help and advice.

Frouke Gerbens

Director of Student Affairs

Our mission, our reason for being, is to educate the future leaders of the international hospitality industry. It is immensely gratifying to be able to select the most talented and dedicated students, support them throughout a demanding 4-year programme, and provide opportunities for them to meet the leading corporations and companies that recruit for management positions. Recruiters include both traditional hospitality organizations and companies in areas such as consulting, financial services, fast moving consumer goods, or information technology. All are eager to target EHL for future management talent.

Yannick Jacquier

Admissions Officer

I have always loved creating new relationships and keeping in touch with people from all over the world. By helping to select the candidates who will join the great “EHL family”, I am convinced this job is not only one of the most interesting you could find, but also the most rewarding!

Marte Muller Negaard

Admissions Officer

Our students here really stand out. What amazes me is that they are both highly qualified academically and are also incredibly mature, with interpersonal skills you don’t often see at such an early age.

Christopher Norton

Director of Marketing & Communication

After 10 years of being a professional ice hockey player, my body slowly started sending me hidden messages subtly implying that it was time to “hang up my skates” and start a new career! As any sportsman knows, the key to a successful team is strong leadership, the right mixture of talent and a passion for what you do. Even though my playing days are over, I still get that special “buzz” that being on a strong team provides – but my team is now the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne.

Lucila Perez Mollo

Director of Admissions

I find it extremely rewarding to be able to meet potential students with amazing backgrounds, and to guide them from the very first day they think about a career in hospitality until the very last day of studies, when I see them graduate successfully and start an exciting job.

Carvi Stucki-Wick

Senior Admissions Officer

I particularly enjoy keeping in touch with all our EHL students and graduates. It's rewarding to see how happy they are about their choice of a hospitality career.
