Gastronomia presents a great variety of restaurant and hotel equipment, design innovations, interior accessories, food and beverage topics and many other. The leaders and specialists meet in Lausanne to debate about the trends in the sector, discover the innovations and, of course, create new professional relationships. The exhibition is held every two years and attracts over 45’000 visitors and about 500 participants.

- Junior EHL Enterprise is a non-profit organization entirely managed by and for students of the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. It aims to offer to its members the opportunity to apply their acquired academic knowledge and to gain professional experience – learning on the job – while carrying out projects in a wide range of fields such as marketing, finance, operations and events. In addition, a Round Table in French on the topic « concepts de restauration : comment innover et entreprendre ? » will be held Tuesday 11 November from 11 am until 12.30 pm by INTEHL – the brand new Business Incubator institute at EHL. INTEHL created in 2007 a Round Table series on innovation and creativity in the service industry which acts as a meeting point for industry professionals to share ideas about current issues.
