Lausanne Hospitality Research (LHR) is the only university-level hospitality research centre in Switzerland.

LHR monitors trends, synthesizes existing knowledge and creates new knowledge.

Its aim is to build a knowledge community that includes the school, the wider EHL community, and the hospitality industry.

Lausanne Hospitality Research offers academic support services to the whole school, including students, faculty, other EHL staff, and EHL business units.

Support services for industry
LHR supports the hospitality industry by providing up to date information on trends and tendencies, as well as specialized information on key areas of development . These include, for example, the latest information on new technologies in relation to hospitality needs or trends in hospitality real-estate investment. In this way, LHR facilitates innovation and helps propel the industry forward.
