At EHL, a new relationship model, the "Company Culture Scheme", allows employers to participate more fully both in the internship and in the recruitment process. This scheme will allow you to identify students who interest you very early on in their studies, and to get them on track for your particular brand profile and expectations by providing training, expertise and customized job opportunities throughout their studies.
Graduating studentsEach year, EHL promotes a diverse group of young graduates into the real world. While the skills of the graduates from EHL's three programmes are broadly overlapping, the graduates of each programme have a somewhat different set of skills to offer future employers. |

Student projects: EHL talent in action!You can bring EHL talent to bear on a business challenge in your company by engaging a small group of Bachelor or Master students in the context of their final-year Student Business Projects.
