For employers: your future leadership talent

Company Culture Scheme

At EHL, a new relationship model, the "Company Culture Scheme", allows employers to participate more fully both in the internship and in the recruitment process. This scheme will allow you to identify students who interest you very early on in their studies, and to get them on track for your particular brand profile and expectations by providing training, expertise and customized job opportunities throughout their studies.

Graduating students

Each year, EHL promotes a diverse group of young graduates into the real world. While the skills of the graduates from EHL's three programmes are broadly overlapping, the graduates of each programme have a somewhat different set of skills to offer future employers.

Graduates: the EHL network

EHL's alumni network of more than 8,000 members have access to the online job platform and data base search functions. Members of the network occupy leading positions in practically every category of the hospitality industry – any kind of company that helps the hospitality business thrive.

Internships and in-company experience

A useful source of EHL talent that you can put to work in your company is student interns. You will find them to be bright, hardworking, eager to learn, well prepared.

Student projects: EHL talent in action!

You can bring EHL talent to bear on a business challenge in your company by engaging a small group of Bachelor or Master students in the context of their final-year Student Business Projects. Over 75% of student projects have been implemented by the client company - a sure sign of the quality of their work.

Part-time and summer jobs

Like students everywhere, many EHL students look to a summer job as a way to keep busy, put their skills to good use, and earn some extra money.
