Administrative Assistant Master Programme: 50-70%
Your mission:
To assist the MHA (Master in Hospitality Administration) Director Program with activities related to the MHA program administration.
Duties :
- Organize schedule of students, professors and guest speakers
- Organize the welcome of the guest speakers and/or external professors (accommodation, IT requirements, class room/students profiles, meals at EHL etc.)
- Organize hospitality trips/external activities for students (travel arrangements, accommodation, visas, etc.)
- Organize and take minutes of the faculty meetings (2 x month)
- Take charge of all professors’ teaching material, exams and all classroom requirements
- Supply administration support including some general accounting for the Sector
Qualifications
- CFC or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of French and English, written and spoken (min. Advanced level). (NB:80% of the work is in English)
- Excellent knowledge of MS office tools
Profile
- Attention to detail, dynamic and open-minded personality
- Good interpersonal/communication skills
- Professional experience in administration or in the academic field an asset
Entry on duty as soon as possible
Rate of employment : 50-70%
Unlimited contract
Nationality : Swiss, EU or valid work permit.
