Administrative Assistant Master Programme: 50-70%

Your mission:

To assist the MHA (Master in Hospitality Administration) Director Program with activities related to the MHA program administration.

Duties :

  • Organize schedule of students, professors and guest speakers
  • Organize the welcome of the guest speakers and/or external professors (accommodation, IT requirements, class room/students profiles, meals at EHL etc.)
  • Organize hospitality trips/external activities for students (travel arrangements, accommodation, visas, etc.)
  • Organize and take minutes of the faculty meetings (2 x month)
  • Take charge of all professors’ teaching material, exams and all classroom requirements
  • Supply administration support including some general accounting for the Sector

Qualifications

  • CFC or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English, written and spoken (min. Advanced level). (NB:80% of the work is in English)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office tools

Profile

  • Attention to detail, dynamic and open-minded personality
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills
  • Professional experience in administration or in the academic field an asset

Entry on duty as soon as possible
Rate of employment : 50-70%

Unlimited contract
Nationality : Swiss, EU or valid work permit.
