Collections
The EHL library has approximately 24,000 volumes in all, with open access, including monographs, journals, periodicals, newspapers and reference books (reports, statistics, and specialist studies) and audiovisual documents, mostly in the following subjects:
- Hospitality and tourism industry
- Hotel and foodservice management
- Culinary arts
- Management and marketing
- Economics, finance and business accounting
- Social and pedagogical sciences
- Architecture and design of hotels
Holders of a reader card from the Nebis network are entitled to borrow most of the EHL library documents. Registration is free of charge (User registration online).
The library lends documents to other Nebis libraries or Swiss libraries.
Library catalog
The Nebis network of Swiss libraries has a single, combined electronic catalog for the libraries of over 80 universities, research centers and universities of applied sciences (HES institutions). Almost 3 million titles are also accessible through the Internet and can be researched through an interface in three languages (German, English and French).
