Such has been the credo of Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne for over a century. To allow the students to benefit from working under realistic and highly-motivating conditions, the EHL fine dining restaurant is open to the public.

"Le Berceau des Sens" (The Cradle of the Senses), symbolises initiation into the culinary arts and, as its flagship restaurant, is an expression of EHL's high-quality tradition. Every day, dishes are prepared and served by students at the beginning of their training, under the guidance of a team of professionals.

     
 
The refined and welcoming setting of the restaurant is equally suitable for business clients or for private parties. In addition to a five-course menu which changes every week, the Berceau des Sens also offers seasonal and vegetarian dishes. Not to mention the choice of wines by the glass, and a wine list which offers some interesting discoveries.
