To allow the students to benefit from working under realistic and highly-motivating conditions, the EHL fine dining restaurant is open to the public. "Le Berceau des Sens" (The Cradle of the Senses), symbolises initiation into the culinary arts and, as its flagship restaurant, is an expression of EHL's high-quality tradition. Every day, dishes are prepared and served by students at the beginning of their training, under the guidance of a team of professionals. |

In addition to a five-course menu which changes every week, the Berceau des Sens also offers seasonal and vegetarian dishes.
