Language requirements for the Master programme
ENGLISH
An excellent command of English is expected, as evidenced by your results in the TOEFL or IELTS language tests. The following minimum scores are required:
- TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), iBT internet-based test: minimum score 100. The EHL-TOEFL Report Code, to be mentioned at the time you take the test, is 9090-02.

- IELTS (International English Language Testing System), Academic Module: minimum overall band 7.

Other equivalent tests may be accepted. Please contact the MHA Admission Office for further information.
OTHER LANGUAGES
As the Master Programme is delivered only in English, you are not required to speak another language fluently. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend that you should have some basic conversational knowledge of the French language, which is spoken in Western Switzerland and which you will often hear on campus.
