On Saturday, 15 November 2008, the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne will open its doors from 10:00 until 15:00. We invite you to explore EHL and to discover the dynamic world of international hospitality management!

Presentations to introduce you to the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, EHL academic programmes, EHL admission criteria and EHL students will take place throughout the day.

Guided tours
Student Ambassadors will be available for guided tours of the EHL campus. Tours will take approximately one hour.

Information stands
In between presentations you are invited to join EHL faculty, EHL students and EHL alumni at various information stands: academic life at EHL, the art of hospitality, hospitality careers, information management at EHL, and student life at EHL.

Itinerary
Feel free to arrive at EHL any time between 10:00 and 15:00. We recommend that you start by attending the presentations about EHL and the programme(s) you are interested in, followed by a tour of the campus.

Restaurants
Refreshments will be offered throughout the day. You have the possibility to stop for lunch in two of EHL's restaurants.

EHL's Food Court offers a choice of menus featuring the following themes: Mediterranean, Grill, Asian, and Fitness. Lunch menus are available at SFr 20.00 per person, including appetizer, main course and dessert.

EHL's gastronomic restaurant Le Berceau des Sens will serve a 3-course seasonal menu for SFr 38.00 per person. If you would like to have lunch in Le Berceau des Sens, please make a reservation by phone at +41 21 785 1223 or by e-mail: berceaudessens@ehl.ch.
