Research Events
LHR is host to several events and conferences on the EHL campus. These meetings bring together researchers and industry professionals for a two-way exchange of information. Presentations and discussions are oriented towards concrete action. The aim is to find solutions to problems through sharing information and to encourage practical applications.
These events have resulted in a useful and vigorous exchange of knowledge and information among academics and practitioners as well as providing useful networking opportunities.

I-CHLAR 2007 review
The first Hospitality and Leisure Conference: Business Advances and Applied Research Conference, jointly organized by LHR and Indiana University, Recreation, Park and Tourism Studies Departement , USA, was held on the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne campus in July 2007.
